I am having the same issue. I use Pocketmoney on Mac OS X. On the iPhone everything looks fine, when sorting by date.
Here a sample-sorting (should be ascending from top to bottom):

In this example, bookings from June are inbetween bookings of May.

Pocketmoney 2.0.3 (215)
Mac OS X 10.7.4
Regional Setting: German / Austria
Date Setting: Gregorian

Try creating a new file on PMD ( File-> New) and syncing your data to that.

I think I've figured out the issue. It may have to do with the comma decimal separator on synchronization. I'll get a fix out ASAP. Do you both use comma s as the decimal separator? E.G 3,76 not 3.76

Yes, my comma-separator ist "," on both, iPhone and Mac!
Last update 2.0.4 (228) doesn't fix the problem, but it also was not listed in the changelog so far as I saw.
Thanks

With 2.0.4 the issue should go away with a fresh synchronization. File->New and sync it to your phone. Every transaction you add after should be going in correctly. If not I can fix your database if you send it to support@catamount.com
