Billminder payments not saving

I'm running the newest version of billminder on iPhone....I post a payment in billminder then send to pocket money and PM opens I click save and PM closes and BM opens back then I close the BM app and open the PM app and the payment isn't there.... I have done a hard reset on my phone

Nobody else is having this problem? Is this forum the only chance I have for support?

Did you send an email to support@catamount.com? Billminder is not a Catamount product, AFAIK, so there is probably little Hardy can do. Perhaps the newly updated Scheduled/Repeating Transactions function in PMiOS 4.0 will let you stop using Billminder.

You are lucky I, use PocketMoney since I had my Palm and i kept using it with the iPhone since the first version of PocketMoney for iPhone, I bought BillMinder in my previous iPhone 3Gs and use to pay accounts through BillMinder and transfer them to PocketMoney without any problem. Then I purchased my new iPhone 4s and since that moment I was not able to make any transfer from BillMinder to PocketMoney since when i press the button send to PocketMoney it doesn't do anything at all. It does not work, I've tried with BillMinder support but they do not have any answer they told me to get in contact with Catamount to see if there is an answer for this. Please Hardy Marcia If you can help us in this problem let us know.

Let me get this straight:

1. BM & PMiOS worked together on the 3GS
2. BM & PMiOS DON'T work together on the 4S

What iOS is on the 3GS and on the 4S?

If the same versions of BM & PMiOS that worked on the 3GS aren't working on the 4S, it is possibly an iOS setting.
