error: cannot start a transcaction within a transaction

When syncing from iPhone to the PC, I'm receiving this error on my PC:

"error starting transaction: cannot start a transcaction within a transaction"

I'm sure there's an easy fix, but I don't see a transaction I can delete or fix to get rid of this problem.

I think "transaction" in this case is related to the SQL database engine and not your data.

Can you go to PMD's Options > Synchronization and turn on Save XML file. Sync again and two xml files should be created. If you could send them to support@catamount.com then I can figure out if it is your data or at the very least hopefully reproduce the error trying to import the data.
