Fellow users of Catamount software, let's help Hardy by providing as much information as possible regarding the platform and OS on which you are using the application.
IOS Mobile Apps:
1. Type and generation of Apple iDevice,such as iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 2nd generation, etc.
2. iOS version on the iDevice, such as 3.1.3, 5.0.1, etc.
Android Mobile Apps:
1. Make and model of your Android Device.
2. Version of the Android OS on the device.
Desktop Application(s):
1. Mac OS, Windows, Linux
2. Version of OS
3. Chip Architecture for Mac (PPC or Intel)
4. Version of Intel chip might help also.
Problem you're having:
1. Be as detailed as possible, with specific steps you've taken to try to solve the problem.
2. If an Error message or log is generated, send that information to Hardy along with your help request.
