This PocketMoney Video Tutorials BLOG POST is the main location for the list of video tutorials for PocketMoney, but I'm including some of the first drafts of my videos here.

Here are several videos to help you get started and to take full advantage of many of PocketMoney's features.

CheckPlease, MPG, and PocketMoney Working Together Video - common day to day use of PocketMoney, and how integration with other apps speeds up your data entry and generally makes tracking your finances much easier.

Repeating Transactions Video - walks you through how to create a monthly and bi-weekly repeating transaction.

Budgets Video - setting up your budgets for the first time and all the new features on the budgets screen.

Filtering Basics Video - getting started with filters.

Advanced Filtering Video - delve into the all the options available to you with filters.

Tracking Business Expenses with PocketMoney Video - easy and simple expense tracking, setup filter for expenses for the month, submit expense report via email or csv/tdf file, and get reimbursed.

Installing SyncDocs in Windows Video - step by step guide to installing SyncDocs in Windows, along with performing a backup of your PocketMoney data and importing a QIF file.

Migrating from LITE to Full Video - install SyncDocs, backup data from PocketMoney LITE, then restore data to PocketMoney (full). (This also goes through the process of installing SyncDocs on the Mac).

Migrating from PocketMoney for Palm OS to iPhone Video.

Report Video Tutorial - creating of reports, including report line items in total, pie chart, using filters to customize reports, running reports across multiple accounts, and using total worth feature to limit which accounts are included in a report.

Rollups Video Tutorial - what does Rollup in Tools menu do, when to rollup, how to set a filter to specify what data you want to rollup, and how the rollup item summarizes historical category info for you.

Options, Options, and more Options Video - covers all of the preference settings, rearranging accounts in the list, and the view options for the accounts screen, transaction register screen, and edit transaction screen.

MS Money to PocketMoney Video Tutorial - Export an account from MS Money Plus to PocketMoney using SyncDocs, setting the QIF Import options to match the formats in the QIF file, make changes in the exported account in PocketMoney, create a Recent Changes filter, and upload the changes back into MS Money.

ive just purchased PM and strangely my PC wont show the video tutorials.
is there a certain codex i have to download to view them, i get the little yellow ! at bottom of my screen saying there was an error.

yes i do have QT with most of the codex that sights normaly use but some strange reason im gettin gthis webpage error.
can these videos be downloaded from some where?

You can watch them all on your iphone, also. Go into PocketMoney Options, choose Help/Video Tutorials, click on the video tutorial tab, then click on the video to watch.

You can try accessing the highspeed/desktop version of the movie directly...

downloading videos on my iphone isnt an option since it costs me money for data downloads

i have uninstalled QT and reinstalled it and also tried the alternative QT program and still cannt view on this web site.
the error comes up with this.

so must be IE7 not being able to view webpage QT moves!

well i have just downloaded IE8 and now i can view the videos
so it pays to upgrade programs )

I'm trying to see the videos but just get an error, I get a 4kb file.
I'm on a Mac Leopard, I've tried Safari and Firefox, still the same.
