Reconciliation Checkbox

Using Pocketmoney - Checkbook , Budget, Expenses on Ipad3 IOS 5.1.1

When I attempt reconciliation of my Credit Card account I don't see a checkbox. I cannot then tick off various entries as I reconcile. I've watched Reconciliation video and read User's Manual but cannot see a solution. As I'm new to PM I presume I'm doing something glaringly wrong or I require an upmarket version. Any help would be appreciated.

The checkbox may appear as a 'ring-binder' if the ap is confiured that way. From memory, that's the default these days.
