I WANT IT TO WORK! or money back!
I've had several people ask for refunds either because an app didn't do something that wasn't listed in the feature list, or because of bugs in the app that haven't been fixed yet because Apple's upgrade process is broken and Apple isn't releasing bug fixes for third party applications, or due to Apple's AppStore download/install process.
If you want a refund you must request the refund through the AppStore. I have no control over refunds since you bought the application through Apple's AppStore.
