Version 1.2 of PocketMoney for Android has added several very popular features that are in the iOS version of PocketMoney.
Themes – pick Black, Blue, Green, Gray, Purple, Coffee color themes.
Calculator Keypad for currency amount input fields – Large numbers make it easier to enter amounts. Also, at times you’ll find your self wanting to do some math to figure out how much the transaction is going to me. The integrated number keyboard/calculator let’s you do it inline with support for the basic mathematical operators of addition, subtraction, multiplications, and division.
Keep The Change – does your bank let you automatically round and transfer the difference to another account for you to help you with your savings? PocketMoney lets you choose any amount to round to a whole dollar or even partial dollars like any multiple of 10 cents or 25 cents.

Main fixes for this beta are:
- Windows users should be able to register the product
- Resizable columns
- Improved handling of transfers, in particular: editing a transfer no longer duplicates the related transaction, creating a transfer uses Transfer To to match iPhone version
- Added maintenance screen for IDs
- Fixed a problem with saving split amounts; new splits default to withdrawal instead of deposit
- Correctly calculating total worth using home currency for accounts that are in another currency
- Synchronization bug fixes

For all the users installing the pre-release version of iOS 4.0, I am aware of the amount keyboard bug. I will be releasing a fix for this before iOS 4.0 is released to the general public.
I’m going to be the PocketMoney for desktop an open beta.
What this means is the software is incomplete, could corrupted all your data, and many other not nice things, but if you are willing to test it out and give feedback, then we’re happy to have you.
