I downloaded Today! with Ads. Great app except it isn’t functional. Any time I click on a location to pull maps from Today! the app continues to pull up maps every time I open the app. For example, I enter an appointment in my calendar and then a location. I go to Today! and hit the little icon to map the location of the appointment. Works great. Now when I try to go back into Today!, it opens the app and immediately goes to maps. I can’t open Today! without it immediately opening maps. It doesn’t appear that I’m doing something wrong. This looks like a bug. I did not post a review because this app is a great idea and will be useful once you fix this. I will post a 5 star review at that time.
I think I found the bug. If the iPhone can’t find your current location, then it will fail, but it will keep retrying to find your current location.
It sounds like you are on a 3GS or iPhone 4 that has fast app switching available. Switch to a new app, double tap the home button to list the recent apps, then press and hold on Today’s Calendar until it you get the red (x), tap (x) to stop it from running in the background. Then relaunch the app and it should start up normally.
