iPhone Developer Tutor?

I just spent two hours with a beginner developer helping him work through some of the hurdles in writing his first iPhone application. We used iChat to share his screen. It was simple and fun to see him get up and running a little bit further.

I guess I might have to hang out a new shingle “iPhone development tutor”. Instead of hiring someone to write your own app, hire me to help you write your own app remotely.

I decided to create some video tutorials for my applications for the iPhone. I needed the tutorials to work on the iPhone, too, and that took some hair pulling.

So after hours of searching and trial an error here is what seems to work for me.

I submitted CheckPlease3.4 to Apple today. Give it about 5 days or Apple to approve it.

  • Updated the graphics & new icon (thanks to Image Limited)
  • Added Help
  • Removed the third party ads by MobClix that were in the free version, and now just promoting my own apps.
