Customizing the "Today" Plugin

PocketMoney Reports

Four types of reports are availble to help you get your hands around how you are spending your money. These include:

• Category - Calculates the expenses expunged and earned seperated out by category for the current register only.

• Payee - Calculates the expenses expunged and earned seperated out by payee for the current register only.

• Accounts - Uses the active filter to determine expenses expunged and earned for all accounts by totaling up all the transactions found to match the current filter. The results will be listed by Account name.

  It does not matter which account you run this report from as long as you have the filter you want to use active in the current account.

• Filtered Balance Report - calculates a quick balance report against the current filter. Whatever transactions match the active filter are totalled and displayed in a quick message box.

NOTE    If a filter is active, your balance amounts will only reflect those transactions found matching the active filter for that account. For unfiltered reports, your reports will be generated from all transactions. Also, for Category and Payee Reports, you can remove individual items from the overall expense balance by unchecking the box to the left.
